I'm Shubham, a Product professional focused on AI, analytics, and strategy, with an entrepreneurial edge. I start with customer problems, use data to prioritize, and work with cross-functional teams to ship improvements that are easy to measure and iterate on.

Over 8 years, I've led AI product strategy, analytics-heavy initiatives, and founder-style execution, from user discovery and KPI definition to turning complex data into features customers actually use. I also work on go-to-market, including positioning, partnerships, and growth roadmaps.

I hold a Global MBA from ESSEC Business School (Paris) focused on Product Management & Consulting, with an exchange at Mannheim Business School (Germany), and a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT Guwahati (India).
